Returns & Refund Policy

  • Returns and refunds are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused, unaltered gloves with all original packaging. We do not refund the cost of shipping the glove back to our warehouse. The address to our warehouse is listed below.

  • For used or altered gloves, we unfortunately do not provide refunds.

  • If you ordered the wrong size or type, contact us at info@puredriveproducts.com. To get a different size or type, you’ll need to place a new order and return the unwanted item separately. Once we receive your return, we will refund the cost of your original order including the cost of shipping.

  • If your glove or straps were damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at info@puredriveproducts.com and include a picture.
